How much does it cost to get married and/or have my reception at The Trivium?
Our pricing varies depending on a variety of factors. For a more accurate estimate please send us an e-mail or visit our 'contact' tab to request detailed pricing.


What is included in your pricing for a wedding ceremony?
When you book a wedding ceremony with us you have the option of 4 different outdoor ceremony sites or the use of the ballroom for the ceremony. The cost of a ceremony includes use of the Estate house 3 hours prior to the ceremony for the wedding party to get ready. We also include up to 150 white resin folding chairs for the ceremony.


What is included in your pricing for a wedding reception?
When you book a wedding reception at The Trivium, you have use of our ballroom for 4 hours, which includes tables and chairs (gold chivari with ivory cushions) for up to 150 guests, a choice of white or black linens, and 4 votive candles per table.


What if I want a reception for 200+ guests?
Although, The Trivium Ballroom can only accommodate up to 200 guests, our property includes 11 landscaped acres with plenty of space for outdoor receptions for upwards of 350+ people. If you are interested in an outdoor reception for a large reception please ask a Trivium staff for more details.


Do you allow tents on your property?
Yes! The Trivium is more than open to having a professional service set up tents for outdoors. We can also recommend rental companies for your convenience.


Do you allow outside catering?
Absolutely! The Trivium does not have in house catering which means we allow outside caterers. All caterers must be licensed, insured, and approved by The Trivium. We also have a list of fantastic caterers we can recommend.


Do you have preferred caterers?

The Trivium welcomes all licensed and insured caterers. We do have a few that we offer a discount for using. These are caterers that we have worked with on a number of occasions and can attest to their quality, service, and professionalism.

How much does it cost to hold a corporate event at The Trivium?
The cost to host a meeting depends on how many attendees your meeting includes and what you want included. A pricing sheet with options can be provided upon request.


Does The Trivium have WiFi?
Of course! WiFi is included with all business meeting rentals.


Does The Trivium have a projector?
Yes, The Trivium has a projector in the ballroom and a 47" flat screen TV in the conference room. Both meeting areas are equipped with both HDMI and VGA connectivity.


What makes The Trivium Estate & Conference Center different from other meeting facilities in the area?
The Trivium is different from other venues for a variety of reasons. Unlike a hotel, when you rent The Trivium, you and your meeting group have the estate to yourself. During breaks your guests have the opportunity to venture outside for fresh air and can enjoy the beautiful 11 acre property which includes a 2 acre lake and views of Blue Ridge Mountains. Weather permitting, The Trivium staff is happy to provide outdoor seating for breakout sessions.
